Our company is proud to be one of the supporters of the 1st international conference regarding “Innovative olive production systems” hosted by the Olive Center of the Perrotis College and supervised by soil scientist and precision agriculture lecturer Dr. Athanasios Gertsis. Our kind gesture of sponsorship was made on the grounds of our close scientific collaboration with the American Farm School and Perrotis College.
One of the topics presented in the conference was the importance of the soil salinity in relation to the quality and the high level of electrical conductivity in irrigation and their effects in olive tree growth, olive production and quality as well as olive taste. Max Grow has prooved that can provide a drastic solution to all these problems that prohibit olive trees from their full potential. A scientific study upon this subject was implemented by the Aristoteles University of Thessaloniki in year 2006.
Faithful as always to our commitment on promoting scientific research we will continue to urge and support events, studies and numerous other activities of one of the most respected Agricultural Universities worldwide, the American Farm School.
